Information to Include in Your Request

  • Telephone number or user ID of the account.
  • Specific date range (up to 2 months).
  • Agency or legal entity details.

Response Time and Format

We usually respond within 30 days. Emergency and expedited requests are prioritized. Responses are sent via email or secure download link.

Types of Available Data

  • Account Information: Basic subscriber details, billing history, etc.
  • Call, Fax, and SMS Logs: Includes timestamps and call details.
  • Content of Communications: Faxes, voice messages, SMS content, and call recordings.

Requests from Non-US Authorities

Authorities outside the U.S. must follow a formal process like the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or letters rogatory.

Data Retention

We delete data within 30-45 days after an account is closed. Customers can delete their data, which cannot be recovered after deletion.

Customer Notification

We generally notify customers if their data is requested unless legally prohibited.
